With corporate offices located in Chino, CLS serves all areas in Southern California with offices located in Azusa, Chino, Grand Terrace, Lake Elsinore, Pomona, and Simi Valley.

The majority of business began with and remains with homeowner associations. Kevin nurtured and developed a large client base that lead to the birth of the company’s mission statement, "Building relationships that make things grow." Today CLS provides service to a number of large clientele including cities, school districts, homeowner associations, churches and apartments.

Joining CLS in 1993 is Pat Strohman (Senior Vice President).  This management team has worked hard to maintain satisfied employees as well as customers. Kevin has always prided himself on up-to-date and well-maintained trucks. The company now has over 300 employees, including certified arborists, general contractors, a safety coordinator and quality control manager.

Laura Hansen is the Chief Financial Officer and has been with CLS since 1983.  Laura’s role is critical in overseeing the office and raising the standards of service. The management team works diligently to provide the best quality services at reasonable rates.

In 2001 CLS won an Excellence in Arboriculture Award from the National Arborist Association, a new and higher level of achievement for the company.

CLS remains active and supports the industry and Kevin has served on the Board of Directors for C.A.I. (Community Associations Institute). CLS provides training seminars to their clients and can often be found speaking at industry events. The company encourages employees to continue their education. Several employees are completing their Certified Landscape Technician Test and 15 are Certified Irrigation Technicians.

CLS is a labor of love for Kevin and he looks forward to continued growth and development of the company.
